Sunflower Oil (Certified Organic) Hulled sunflower seeds contain up to 60% oil which in average is 88% unsaturated. Natural sunflower seed oil, cold-pressed and unrefined has a light yellow to rich golden color depending on the seed and tastes pleasant and nutty. It is also rich in vitamin E. Slight cloudiness of unrefined sunflower seed oil is a sign of highest quality. Use Flora Sunflower Oil cold, in salad dressings and mayonnaise. It can also be used for light stir-frying, sauteing and baking. Flora Sunflower Oil contains: 64% polyunsaturated Linoleic acid (omega 6), 21% monounsaturated Oleic acid (omega 9), 12% saturated fatty acids.
I mix this oil into my conditioner for a deep conditioning treatment and it works wonders! I also use it on my skin right out of the shower it makes my skin soft and silky.
